Miiro Vienna is looking for a Front Office Night Host to be the warm and reliable presence our guests count on throughout the night.Your tasks
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism during late check-ins and early departures
Monitor guest needs and maintain a calm, secure, and welcoming atmosphere
Handle overnight communications, guest requests, emails, and reservations
Conduct routine security and fire safety checks
Manage accurate end-of-day financial and system reports
Ensure data privacy, key security, and payment integrity
Resolve issues proactively and with empathy—even when no one’s watching
Your profile
A calm and focused demeanor, especially under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and sense of responsibility
Reliability, punctuality, and a natural sense of hospitality
Experience in a hotel front office or similar
Fluent in German and English
