Staff/Principal Engineer
As a technical leader, you will drive the architecture, design, and implementation of backend and frontend systems, focusing on scalable, secure, and performant solutions across the stack. Your role includes leading cross‑functional teams, integrating AI agents, and championing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development of backend and frontend systems with scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate and utilize AI agents for development, engineering, and operational use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, product, and design to deliver robust APIs, services, and user interfaces.
- Establish and enforce coding and testing practices, including automated unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
- Mentor engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering skill development.
- Champion process improvement, technical innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Apply SOLID principles and design clean software architectures such as Hexagonal, Onion, Clean Architecture.
- Design, implement, and maintain unit, integration, performance/load tests.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Apply domain‑driven design principles to model complex business domains.
- Containerize backend services using Docker.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build and deployment processes.
- Monitor system health and performance using logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Ensure security best practices in backend implementations.
- Contribute to the design and operation of highly available, scalable distributed systems.
- Have broad experience in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using C#, .NET Core, and modern database technologies.
- Deep expertise in frontend development with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Demonstrated ability to configure, integrate, and leverage AI agent
