Role Description
MCT (Meta Cell Technology) is an SME that specializes in regenerative medicine. We are growing rapidly and are seeking a dynamic Digital Content Coordinator & Design Specialist to plan, produce, and coordinate all digital content (images, videos, web, and email), manage promotional assets, and support events, with the goal of enhancing brand awareness and accelerating the international adoption of our medical device in new segments.
Key Responsabilities:
1.Images & Video Content + Social Media Management (MUST-HAVE)
Plan and schedule posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, blog) using editorial calendars.
Record/edit aesthetic videos and Reels with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut, incorporating motion graphics, subtitles, and branding.
Community manager role
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Social Ads on Instagram).
High level of graphic design skills; experience in 3D (Blender / Cinema 4D) is a plus but not a must.
2.Digital Material Design (MUST-HAVE)
Design banners, flyers, infographics, and email templates (Illustrator, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp) and adapt them to language, distributor, and market.
3.Email Marketing (MUST-HAVE)
Segment lists, create responsive templates, set up automated workflows, and lead-scoring (Mailchimp), monitor leads.
4.Web Management
Design/layout pages and landing pages in WordPress/Webflow (responsive, basic UX/UI, on-page SEO).
Set up GA4, create events, and analyze conversion funnels.
5.Promotional Asset Management
Organize and maintain the DAM/Drive repository (versions, expiration dates, approvals).
Coordinate the printing and distribution of brochures, roll-ups, and demo kits.
6.Events & Conferences
Manage stand and digital display suppliers, supervise graphic design, and coordinate onsite and post-event logistics (lead follow-up).
7.Reporting & Insights
Update weekly/monthly dashboards (GA4, Excel) and present findings to the Marketing Manager for continuous optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
Education
Degree in Marketing, Communication, Design with a specialization in digital marketing.
Experience
1-3 years in digital marketing roles with a portfolio of video/images, graphic materials, and websites.
Technical Skills
Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Canva and Figma
Blender/Cinema 4D (desirable but not a requirement)
WordPress
Dynamics CRM
Meta Business Suite knowledge
SEM/Instagram ads campaigns
Mailchimp
GA4
Languages
Native Spanish, Intermediate English. Other European languages are a plus.
Soft Skills
Content organization and planning, strong aesthetic sense, storytelling, proactivity, and commitment to delivering deliverables within deadlines.
