Country Solution Expert (SAP Consultant Expert - Payroll France)
We are looking for a SAP Consultant Expert - Payroll France to implement, maintain, and support country-specific Payroll templates at product level. You will work closely with the Country Solution Manager (functional expert) and internal stakeholders (Implementation and Service teams) to stabilize, enhance, and evolve the Payroll template across different project types (implementations, rollouts, support, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, maintain, and enhance SAP Payroll templates for Spain and/or France
* Provide technical expertise in SAP Payroll within implementation, rollout, and support projects
* Collaborate with the Country Solution Manager to ensure template alignment with local regulations
* Support internal teams (Implementation & Service) to stabilize and optimize Payroll solutions
* Drive continuous improvement and technical evolution of the country Payroll product
Must Have
* Senior-level experience in SAP Payroll (technical profile)
* Strong expertise in Spain and/or France Payroll configuration and schemas
* Experience working on Payroll implementations, rollouts, and template-based solutions
* Solid understanding of Payroll integrations and technical troubleshooting
* Ability to work at product/template level rather than direct end‑user support
Nice to Have
* Experience in multi‑country Payroll environments
* Knowledge of SAP HCM architecture and related modules
* Experience in template governance and product standardization
* Fluent English (Spanish and/or French is a plus)

SAP Payroll Consultant (Spanish Localization)
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant (Spanish Localization) for a 6‑month contract with a high likelihood of extension. The role will focus on supporting Spanish payroll implementation and configuration within SAP environments, including SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
You will be responsible for Spanish payroll localization, including system configuration, statutory compliance (tax and social security), and support during testing and go‑live phases. The consultant will work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and alignment with Spanish legal requirements.
Requirements
* Experience with Spanish payroll localization

* Fluent Spanish (mandatory)
Key Note
We are able to consider profiles from anywhere within EMEA & LATAM, provided they are fluent in Spoken and Written Spanish, and have multiple Spanish Payroll implementations within their experience.

Your Role & Responsibilities
* Supporting sales to delivery handover and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
* Contributing to onboarding/transitioning customers to SAP ENTERPRISE CLOUD SERVICES
* Orchestrating the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones
* Supporting in de‑escalations of critical customer situations

Qualifications & Experience
* Technical Skill Set required to perform dCEM tasks
* Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 4+ years of experience
* Good understanding & hands‑on experience required in HANA database
* Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory
* Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is plus
* Hands‑on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed
Work Experiences
* 4+ years’ experience with multi‑national software/IT organizations
* 2+ Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management)
* 2+ years of SAP Basis S/4HANA knowledge
Required Language Thresholds
* Spanish (C2: Native‑Level Fluency)
