Position: HRA Officer / HR & Administration Specialist
Department: HR & Administration
Reports to: HR & Administration Manager (Spain)
Location: Linares, Jaén
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide comprehensive support in Human Resources and Administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the plant's HR processes, employee services, and general office management in alignment with Desay SV global standards and Spanish legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Support
Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain employee records (contracts, leave tracking, medical certificates, etc.) ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll preparation and monthly data collection (attendance, overtime, allowances).
Assist in performance appraisal coordination, training registration, and employee communication.
Ensure compliance with Spanish labor law and Desay SV HR policies.
Participate in internal HR projects such as employee engagement, HRIS updates, and talent programs.
2. Administration & General Affairs
Manage office and facility supplies, cleaning, courier, travel arrangements, and accommodation booking.
Support facility and vehicle management, coordination of maintenance, and service provider supervision.
Handle administrative documentation (contracts, invoices, supplier coordination) with Finance.
Support event organization (visits, meetings, celebrations, training sessions).
Act as a contact point for local authorities, service vendors, and expats when needed.
3. EHS & Facility Coordination Support
Collaborate with the EHS Manager to ensure compliance in daily operations (safety documentation, PPE distribution, audits).
Support communication and reporting to HQ on EHS and facility-related matters.
Requirements:
~ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields.
~2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative support, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
~ Knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR administrative processes.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
~ English level: intermediate or above (able to communicate with HQ and expats).
~ Chinese language is a plus.
