Weareseekingprofilessuchas chefscapableofdeliveringcoursesfornon-professionalaudiences, chefswithknowledgeofhealthyeating, aswellasnutritionistsorotherhealthprofessionalswithanaffinityforcooking.
Itisnotessentialforallcompetenciestobeheldbyasingleperson.
Yourmissionistodesign,develop, anddelivercourses,classes, andpracticalworkshopsoncookingandnutrition,aimedat diverseaudiences(bothadultsandchildren), ineducational,outreach, andexperientialcontexts.
Yourday-to-dayresponsibilitieswillinclude:- Organisingandplanningthedevelopmentofclassesand workshops incollaborationwiththecookingandnutritionareacoordinator.- Deliveringcoursesand workshopsrelatedtohealthyeating,cookingadaptedtodifferentnutritionalneeds, andhealthylifestylehabits.- Addressingandresolvingparticipants’questionsfromaculinaryand/ornutritionalperspective,dependingonyourprofessionalprofile.- Contributingtothecreationofahigh-qualitylearningexperiencealignedwiththevaluesofBCC andGOe.
Requirements
Doyouidentifywithanyofthefollowingcharacteristics?- Professionalexperienceingastronomy(cooking,hospitality,culinarytraining) and/orinnutrition,dietetics,orhealth-relatedfields.- Experiencedeliveringtraining (formalornon-formal).- Solidknowledgeofhealthycooking,adaptedculinarytechniques,orthefundamentalsofnutritionandhealth.- Strongsocialskillsandtheabilitytoconnectwithbothadultandchildaudiences.- Proficiencyin officetools.- Availabilityforoccasionalcollaborationaccordingtoprojectneeds.
Youwillstandoutifyou:- Holdahighereducationor Bachelor´s Degreein Human
Nutritionand
Dietetics,Gastronomy,Health
Sciences,orrelatedfields.- Haveknowledgeofspecialdiets,adaptedcooking,healthycookingtechniques,orspecificproducts.- Haveahighlevelof
Basqueand English (C1).- Standoutforyourorganisationalandplanningskills.
