The role focuses on ensuring business continuity, resolving incidents, and contributing to SAP upgrades and roll-out projects within an international environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport AMS activities (incidents, tickets, and change requests)Ensure BAU continuity and incident resolutionParticipate in SAP upgrades and roll-out projectsCollaborate with business stakeholders and governance teamsValidate solution designs and ensure integration consistencySupport testing phases (SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare)Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvementsPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysisSupport ERP transformation initiativesRequired experience10+ years of ERP experience in business environmentsStrong SAP CO experience including:Material Ledger (ML)Product Costing (CO-PC)Profitability Analysis (COPA)Cost Center & Profit Center AccountingBudgeting and cost planningAllocation cycles (assessments & distributions)Period-end closing activitiesManufacturing cost flow understandingStrong understanding of end-to-end xiphteb controlling processesExperience in global environments and complex landscapesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with incident, problem, and change managementExperience supporting BAU environmentsNice to haveTM1 knowledgeSAP FC experienceSAP CPI or integration platformsAgile tools (Jira, Confluence)Data governance or reporting tools exposure
