Private Hideaway is a growing real estate and property management company focused on premium properties across Mallorca. We are expanding our portfolio and are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent & Listings Manager to help us grow our presence and manage our property listings.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and update property listings on platforms and internal systems
· Coordinate property viewings and client visits
· Communicate with property owners and prospective clients
· Assist with onboarding new properties
· Support the sales and rental process
· Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date
· Help grow the company’s property portfolio
Requirements
· Real estate experience
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Organized and proactive personality
· Fluent in Spanish and English; German is a plus
· Driving license required
· Knowledge of the Mallorca real estate market is a must
