We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to enlarge Selints team. The role is located in Madrid, Spain.

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team, who shares our values and who is ready to go the extra mile to satisfy our clients.

The role is responsible for the end to end hands on recruiting efforts. The role encompasses sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our clients growth and expansion. The role will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

Recruitment:

1. Manage the end to end recruitment process hands on.
2. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including meeting with clients, job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Perform interview coordination and interview scheduling.
5. Collaborate closely with our clients'' hiring managers and HR teams, gaining a deep understanding of the required skills and background for each role.
6. Provide expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey, fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
7. Inform candidates about job responsibilities, compensation, benefits, company culture, and growth opportunities offered by our clients.
8. Serve as Selint''s ambassador, ensuring candidates feel valued, supported, and respected throughout the recruitment process.
9. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
10. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
11. Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, including candidate pipeline status, time to fill, and other key performance indicators.
12. Contribute to the development of an inclusive sourcing strategy aimed at attracting talent from diverse backgrounds.
13. Harness various recruitment sources and employ cutting edge digital strategies to identify and engage top talent effectively.
14. Implement employment advertising caigns and initiatives, cultivating a robust network of recruitment and referral resources. This includes partnerships with educational institutions, minority organizations, state employment services, industry peers, and professional associations to widen our reach and attract top tier candidates.
