We are seeking a Lead Data Scientist to drive AI‐powered innovation within a Digital Innovation Hub, acting as a strategic bridge between business and technology.

What You'll Work On
Your first major mission (with many more AI challenges to follow) will be to design and lead the development of a Generative AI–powered chatbot—a flagship initiative aimed at enhancing user experience and optimizing internal processes.
You will serve as the key reference for Generative AI use cases, guiding strategic decisions on platforms, frameworks, model quality, and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
* Define both functional and technical requirements for AI solutions, with a particular focus on chatbot‐related initiatives.
* Coordinate cross‐functional teams (Data, IT, Product, and Business) to ensure successful end‐to‐end implementation.
* Validate model performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational constraints.
* Communicate progress and outcomes effectively in both Spanish and English across all organizational levels.
* Foster an innovation‐driven culture within the Digital Innovation Hub, promoting the adoption of AI across teams.
What We're Looking For
* 8+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
* Demonstrated experience delivering AI/GenAI solutions with tangible business impact.
* Strong technical background (Data Science / Engineering) combined with strategic vision.
* Valuable experience in NLP, LLMs, and chatbot development.
* "Business Translator" mindset: able to communicate seamlessly with Data Engineers and senior business leaders.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
