Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

We are looking for an SAP Business Analyst with a focus on the SD module.

In this role you will maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and key users within the designated scope. You will work within an ERP federated systems environment, with a focus on unifying SAP deployments. You will oversee, collect and transform business requirements into technical specifications, form change requests with the usage of Azure and Charm tools, and take end‑to‑end ownership of SIT, UAT, and contribution to design.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational stability and efficiency across the support model

Drive an effective support process and be accountable for critical incident management

Manage the operational and functional lifecycle of IT subjects in the perspective of end‑to‑end business processes

Follow and manage local projects or enhancement realization

Clarify needs expressed by users and transform user requests into demands understandable by solution partners

Follow up on the quality and testing of final solutions with vendors and business partners

Deliver local and global projects within the DevOps scope, particularly in the Sales and Distribution domain

Prioritize projects and activities to align with Schneider Digital priorities

Manage and challenge project demands from the business and work closely with global capabilities owners

Act as the contact person for suppliers (DTC team) within Sales Execution activities

Establish sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders

Ensure that business needs are correctly taken into account by other teams and vendors and provide regular reports on demands

Set up regular service follow‑up meetings with the business and communicate on change information

Application Management Ownership

Secure and master application management and ownership, including technical debt reduction

Assure data quality, knowledge of costs, and L2 support

Maintain key documentation in the app repository, including high‑level architecture diagrams and a clear contact and escalation matrix

Qualifications

College or university degree

Deep SAP Sales & Distribution module knowledge is a must – additionally SAP PS & CS is a great advantage

Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP systems in a fast‑moving, highly‑critical, enterprise application environment

Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, testing, and implementation

Experience and background in sales processes in a medium‑sized or large company

Ability to describe or translate business requirements into IT requirements

Understanding of transversal processes

Skilled with SAP ECC/S/4Hana

Broad IT knowledge and experience

Coordination of resources and leading small teams

Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage

Self‑driven, operationally experienced with a can‑do attitude

Strong relationship builder – both internally in Schneider Digital and with business and external partners

Excellent communication skills, professional courtesy, remains calm under stress

Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources

Has experience working with others on a global basis

Willingness to learn more about IT, technologies, SAP/ERP

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
