Apply simple changes on Palo Alto firewalls: creation and modification of rules, objects, and basic policies.Manage centralized configurations and policies through Panorama.Perform connectivity checks and post‐change validations.Review basic logs and events, identify common incidents, and escalate those requiring advanced analysis.Execute routine maintenance tasks following documented procedures.Keep technical documentation up to date (inventories, changes, simple diagrams). Collaboration and support
Provide support for low‐complexity network incidents.Collaborate with other teams (security, systems, networking) on guided tasks.Participate in scheduled change windows with support. Learning and improvement
Gradually develop skills in network troubleshooting, traffic analysis, and automation.Propose improvements to operational procedures when possible.
