From high-impact international conferences to curated executive roundtables and digital campaigns, your words will define how we engage audiences at every touchpoint. /ppbr/ppIn this role, you’ll report to the Lead Copywriter and work hand in glove with event producers, designers, marketers, and global stakeholders to craft compelling narratives across every stage of the event journey. Whether it’s writing keynote session descriptions, crafting attention-grabbing landing pages, developing targeted email campaigns, or producing post-event recaps that keep the momentum going, you’ll ensure our brand voice shines through in every word. /ppbr/ppThis role is ideal for a versatile writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about turning strategic objectives into powerful content that inspires, informs, and drives engagement. If you have a strong command of tone, a deep understanding of storytelling across formats, and a keen eye for detail—while never losing sight of the big picture—we’d love to hear from you. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat You’ll Do /strong /ppbr/pulliWrite clear, engaging copy for: /liliEvent websites, registration pages, and detailed agendas /liliSpeaker bios, host scripts, and session descriptions /liliCampaign materials: emails, paid media, and social content /liliPost-event recaps, signage, and internal documents /liliTranslate complex ideas into digestible, benefit-led content tailored to different audiences: executives, practitioners, partners, and more /liliCollaborate closely with Events, Digital Marketing, Design, Product, and Sales teams to deliver aligned, impactful messaging /liliSupport speaker content by writing bios, questions, and briefs that highlight key value props /liliMaintain high editorial standards, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints /liliUse collaborative tools to stay organized and aligned across teams /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat You Bring /strong /ppbr/pulliNative-level English fluency (spoken and written) /lili4–7 years of experience in copywriting, ideally in events, B2B marketing, or brand storytelling /liliA portfolio that showcases strong writing across formats (event copy, digital campaigns, short- and long-form content) /liliExperience shaping narratives and working within an established brand voice /liliAbility to manage deadlines and juggle multiple workstreams /liliFamiliarity with tools like ClickUp, Figma, Airtable, Google Workspace, and Slack /liliA high-energy, low-ego, team-first attitude.
