\n
User Acquisition Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across key marketing channels
\n
What You'll Do
\n
Own and scale paid acquisition across key channels (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin, etc.)
\n
Manage and optimize UA budgets, allocating spend based on performance and ROI
\n
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities across channels, creatives, and audiences
\n
Continuously test new hypotheses, sources, and approaches to scale efficiently
\n
Work closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to improve performance
\n
Monitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention) and make data-driven decisions
\n
Take full ownership of UA campaigns and drive their performance end-to-end
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
2+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile apps/games
\n
Hands-on experience with major UA platforms (Meta, Google Ads, AppLovin)
\n
Experience working with meaningful budgets
\n
Strong analytical skills and experience working with raw data
\n
Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention)
\n
Experience with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer) and analytics tools (Amplitude, Firebase, etc.)
\n
Solid understanding of attribution, SKAN, ATT, and privacy frameworks
\n
Structured, data-driven xugodme approach to decision-making
\n
Advanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration
\n
Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage
\n
