The role
You’ll be responsible for generating new opportunities across the DACH region and building pipeline for the senior sales team.
You’ll be:
• Prospecting hospitality businesses across DACH
• Running multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn)
• Identifying and engaging key decision-makers
• Qualifying prospects and booking demos for AEs
• Managing pipeline and activity in CRM
• Collaborating with sales & product teams to refine messaging
• Occasionally supporting industry events across Europe
What they’re looking xkdbapo for
• Native-level German + fluent English
• Experience in BDR / SDR / outbound prospecting (SaaS preferred)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and building pipeline
• Strong communication and resilience
• Curious, proactive and motivated to grow in SaaS
