In this role you will own the activation of customer data to build and run an end-to-end CRM program, focusing on email, push, and in-app communications. You’ll refine multi-channel messaging and retention strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll help define customer lifecycle and targeting across touchpoints, with a metrics-driven approach to measure success. • Activate customer data to design and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels

• Support CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle and contact strategies across touchpoints

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
• Proficient in HTML
• Strong copywriting skills
• Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
• Experience leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic xpzdshu data for insights
• Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing high pace work
• Fluent English; strong teamwork and motivation skills
