Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes.Create attractive and varied menus to meet guest needs.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring safety and hygiene standards are met.Collaborate with the kitchen team in planning and executing special events and banquets.Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality dish preparation.Requirements
Previous experience as a cook in the hospitality sector.Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and procedures.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective team player with good communication skills.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.Residence in the area and own transportation are valued but not mandatory.Languages:
Spanish;
