Business Development Sales Executive
Our client is a rapidly scaling software company transforming the retail sector through innovative technology solutions. Our platform helps retailers optimize operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive revenue growth. With a strong presence in multiple markets and ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join their team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with retail clients. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline, developing strategic relationships, and contributing directly to revenue targets.
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients within the retail sectorGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partnershipsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leadsTrack and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in SaaS or retail tech)~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets~ Experience managing the full sales cycle~ Native-level of Spanish is strongly preferred, Catalan is a strong plus and fluency in English is required.~ Experience selling software solutions to retail businessesFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot)Existing network within the retail industry
