Responsibilities
* Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
* Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
* Ongoing team training
* Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
* Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
* Maintaining a clean and organized salon
* Cash handling, opening/closing business
* Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications
* High school diploma, or equivalent.
* Leadership/Management experience
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
* Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
* Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
