We work with top‑tier OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 suppliers across Europe, EMENA and North America.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a unique combination of strategic vision + technical knowledge + experience in international markets.
What will you do?
Drive our international expansion with OEMs and Tier1/Tier2 accounts.
Lead salespeople and commercial agents across key markets.
Identify new business opportunities and define growth plans.
Represent the company at major trade fairs and high‑level technical visits.
Coordinate with engineering and production to deliver technical solutions to clients.
What are we looking for?
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Materials).
8+ years of experience in technical sales / industrial business development.
Experience in HPDC, mould components or the automotive sector.
Advanced English + French or German.
Autonomous, strategic and results‑driven profile.
