Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant based in the Greater Málaga Metropolitan Area. Responsibilities include assisting customers to ensure an excellent shopping experience, providing expert guidance on products, achieving sales targets, and participating in daily store operations. The role also requires building customer relationships, maintaining store presentation standards, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

* Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships
* Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members

* Flexibility, teamwork, and passion for fashion and customer interaction
* Prior retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
* Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus
