Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and manage sales across Spain within the animal nutrition sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers while also delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companies
* Conduct technical discussions with customers on product applications and performance
* Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial closure
* Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Provide market feedback to internal teams
* Work closely with the Country Manager to execute national sales strategy
Requirements
* Proven commercial experience in animal nutrition or feed-related markets
* Relevant Technical degree (Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary etc.
* Ability to combine technical credibility with strong negotiation skills
* Fluent Spanish
* Strong understanding of feed mill and premix customer needs
* Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
