Adaptation of theoretical planning to operational reality, considering incidents, resource availability, and shifting priorities. Operations planning for each section, coordinating schedules, shifts, and staffing needs (operators) in collaboration with the HR department. Analysis and improvement of production times, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvement actions.
