Opportunity overview
This role offers a chance to lead the marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company that values clarity, autonomy, and execution. You will implement strategy, ensure team alignment, motivate staff, and report on progress.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the CEO in marketing strategy execution
* Manage and lead the marketing team
* Align team activities with company goals
* Monitor project timelines and deliverables
* Enhance team motivation and accountability
* Identify and resolve operational blockers
* Report progress to leadership
* Assist with hiring, onboarding, and resource planning
Onboarding milestones:
Within 1 month: Fully onboarded, understand Plytix’s PIM and team structure, start short-term planning.
Within 3 months: Fully managing the department, optimizing workflows, analyzing KPIs.
In 6 months: Trusted team leader, contributing to growth and strategic execution.
Collaborators include:
* The CEO
* Marketing team and external partners
* Cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Customer Success
Candidate profile:
* 5+ years in leadership, marketing operations, or project management
* Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in scale-ups
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Operational and analytical proficiency
* Fluent in English
* Ownership mindset
Nice to have:
* Experience scaling marketing teams or managing cross-functional projects
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Hiring and onboarding experience
