At Magotteaux, we are looking for a Plant Manager who can take full ownership of an industrial site — from production and maintenance to safety, finance, HR, logistics and continuous improvement.

This is not a functional role. It is a business leadership position with broad autonomy and accountability.
You will be responsible for ensuring the overall performance of the plant while aligning local priorities with the strategy of an international industrial group.
Your mission
As Plant Manager, you will:
- Lead all plant operations and ensure safe, efficient and reliable production
- Own plant performance in terms of productivity, quality, cost, delivery and profitability
- Build and execute operational plans, budgets and investment projects
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs
- Develop and coach your management team and workforce
- Oversee support functions including HR, Finance, Procurement and Engineering
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards
- Represent the plant internally and externally with customers, suppliers, authorities and local stakeholders
- Act as the key leader of the site and create alignment around priorities and objectives
What we are looking for
- Proven experience managing a manufacturing plant or a large industrial operation
- Strong understanding of production, maintenance, supply chain, finance and people management
- Ability to lead through influence, collaboration and accountability
- Experience managing large teams in a demanding industrial environment
- Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the shop floor
- Engineering or technical background xhfqzwm preferred
- Fluent English
