What You'll Do
* Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through to close, with a focus on high-impact roles across Product, Compliance, Risk, and Go-To-Market
* Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, especially within a regulated fintech / B2C banking environment
* Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent across fintech, digital banking, payments, compliance, and risk
* Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission in the financial services space
* Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates, with a focus on niche fintech and regulated roles
* Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and overall hiring efficiency
* Act as a strategic talent partner, bringing market insights, competitor intel, and hiring trends within fintech and banking
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fintech, banking, financial services, or high-growth tech environments
* Proven success hiring for roles within regulated environments (e.g. Compliance, Risk, AML/KYC, Payments, or Banking Operations)
* Strong understanding of fintech / B2C banking landscapes and associated talent markets
* Experience hiring for a mix of business, operational, and technical roles
* Strong sourcing skills, especially for niche or hard-to-fill roles
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leadership
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment with evolving priorities
* Strong judgment and a high bar for talent, with a focus on both skillset and cultural fit
Bonus Points For
* Experience hiring across multiple geographies or in regulated international markets
* Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
* Experience scaling teams in a fintech, neobank, or B2C product environment
* Interest in AI, automation, or how technology is shaping financial services
