If so, we want to hear from you!****About The Role**We are seeking an experienced **Performance Marketing Manager** to lead our digital advertising efforts. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute our B2C marketing strategy, working closely with senior leadership and one of our co-founders with a marketing background. You will have the chance to build and grow a team, with 1-2 direct reports joining during the year, and potentially advance into a Head of Marketing role within the next 1-2 years.**Key Responsibilities Include**- **Campaign Management**:
Plan, create, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Meta platforms.- **Lead Generation**:
Develop and manage lead generation strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement.- **Data Analysis**:
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.- **Strategy Development**:
Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate marketing strategies that align with business objectives.- **Team Leadership**:
Mentor and manage a growing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- **Budget Management**:
Oversee marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.- **Market Research**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.**Qualifications**- **Experience**:
5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably with a strong focus on Meta platforms.- **Lead Generation Expertise**:
Proven track record in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns, with a strong understanding of full funnel analysis. Recognize that while CAC or CPL are important, focusing on later-stage funnel metrics is crucial for sustained growth.- **Analytical Skills**:
Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.- **Strategic Thinking**:
Ability to understand and leverage emotional and inspirational drivers to enhance conversion rates.- **Leadership Potential**:
Eagerness to grow into a leadership role, with previous team management experience being a plus.- **Technical Proficiency**:
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant software.- **Language Skills**:
Fluent in English;
