We are looking for Radar Systems Engineers to join our Defence programmes, contributing to the design and development of advanced algorithms for airborne radar systems in national and international projects.

Your mission
As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of radar system capabilities, with responsibilities including:
* Design and development of advanced signal and data processing algorithms for airborne radar systems.
* Contribution to radar system performance analysis and algorithm validation, ensuring robustness and accuracy of tracking solutions.
* Development and validation of target tracking algorithms and estimation techniques.
* Algorithm modelling, simulation and analysis using MATLAB or similar tools.
* Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams on international radar projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.
What we are looking for
* Minimum 3 years of experience in radar systems engineering, algorithm development or similar technical roles.
* Experience and/or strong knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
* Radar system architecture design and/or radar performance prediction.
* Statistical signal processing for data analysis and prediction.
* Radar data processing and target tracking algorithms (e.g. Kalman filters).
* Signal processing for radar systems and algorithm modelling in MATLAB.
* Communication signal processing and/or beamforming techniques.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Intermediate English level (minimum B2), spoken and written.
* Eligibility to obtain security clearance up to NATO Secret.
Valuable experience
* Advanced knowledge in probability theory, Bayesian estimation, Kalman filtering or related fields.
* Research background in radar technologies or a PhD will be considered a strong advantage.
* Previous experience in international radar programmes.
Academic background
* Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, ideally complemented with a Master's degree.
* Other technical profiles will be considered if they meet the role requirements.
