Provide support to the sales and functional teams in assigned accounts when technical knowledge of the solution is required:
solution design, estimation, and assumptions.Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership on projects, bringing comprehensive technical knowledge of the platform and identifying the best solutions to meet functional demands.Detect and notify risks in the technical management of projects/client profitability.Ensure smooth project progress regarding scope, schedule, and costs, alerting and anticipating deviations.Ensure the fulfillment of the project's technical objectives.Ensure compliance with Omega's technical standards for software quality.Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.Collaborate in project demos for clients.Ensure the delivery of technical documentation.Participate in the development and training of the technical team, advising on skill improvements.Identify technical up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
At least 3 years participating in full Salesforce.Com implementation lifecycle.Experience as a Salesforce.Com developer.Knowledge of Salesforce modules:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.Experience with agile methodologies.Proficiency in English.WHAT WE OFFER
