Customer Success Team
Our Customer Success team ensures a transcendent customer experience by empowering clients to realize the full value of their BMC investments. We focus on accelerating outcomes, mitigating risks, fostering relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your Role and Contributions
* Lead customer success efforts for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention through the adoption of ADE solutions.
* Guide customers in optimizing the value of BMC technologies via onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and adoption strategies aligned with their business goals.
* Build strong relationships within customer organizations, acting as their voice within BMC by providing feedback to influence product improvements and roadmaps.
* Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate in solving everyday problems.
Skills and Experience
* Ability to embody and live BMC values daily.
* Experience navigating organizational structures to build relationships with executives and partners.
* Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex scenarios simply.
* Deep knowledge of BMC's Helix product suite, including ITSM, Discovery, and Monitoring.
* ITIL certification.
