SPP : Stock Purchase Plan – Employees have the opportunity to participate in CGI's stock purchase plan through payroll, with a maximum contribution of up to 10%. CGI will contribute up to a maximum of 1.5% of the amount purchased by the employee.
PPP : Performance-based Bonus – If the Global objectives, Strategic Business Unit objectives, and Business Unit objectives are met, employees may receive a benefits payout of 2% of their salary, which could increase to 4% based on performance.
