Role Description
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant for a full-time, on-site position based in Marbella. The primary responsibilities include curating, managing, and executing social media strategies, creating high-quality and engaging aesthetic content for various platforms, leading digital marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall marketing efforts of the company. The role requires a strong understanding of brand storytelling to effectively engage with a discerning audience while upholding CAVËN’s core values of exclusivity and refinement. The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing department with: day-to-day activities, social media strategy, assist with public relations initiatives, budget control, and coordinate marketing strategies. The role includes preparing reports on KPI analysis, maintaining CRM, and having a strong knowledge of luxury experiences, an eye for details, and a sense for aesthetics. Creation of marketing documents.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and an excellent sense of aesthetics and design.
- Support to develop the brand, marketing, and pr strategies.
- Experience with social media strategies: Instagram and Linkedin.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in relevant marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in the premium or luxury field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
