About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A;, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A; is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain ) or from home.

What you'll be doing

- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a focus on 1–2 core modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, or Compensation).
- Translate business requirements into system configuration and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to support day‑to‑day system usage and continuous improvements.
- Execute assigned topics independently and take ownership of smaller initiatives or work packages.
- Support testing, deployments, and system enhancements across the supported SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors‑related topics.
- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and knowledge‑sharing activities with key stakeholders.
- Support other HRIS‑related initiatives when needed (e.g. Workforce Management).

What you’ll bring

- 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in the implementation and/or operation of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Solid functional expertise in SuccessFactors modules.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Experience with configuration and customization within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Basic understanding of integrations and data flows is a plus.
- Familiarity with Integration Center and SF APIs (OData, Compound Employee) is an advantage.
- SAP HCM (PA, OM, PT) knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in an execution‑focused role.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross‑functional environment.
- Basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic set‑up.

Sap Successfactors Consultant (Employee Central)

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on core modules like Employee Central. Translate business needs into system configurations and provide functional support.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant (FTC)

HRIT People are collaborating with a well‑known multinational company. The company has over 50,000 employees in over 40 countries.

After successfully collaborating with this business for over three years, we are now searching for an in‑house SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join their HR/IT team in Spain for a 18 month Fixed‑Term Contract. The position can mainly be remote in Spain.

Responsibilities:

- As a support & Implementation specialist, you will be utilizing your strong functional and operational knowledge to assist the project team.
- You will be supporting major projects in Employee Central and working alongside cross‑functional business departments and the Team Lead.
- Additionally, you will need to understand functional and business roadmap deployment schedules.
- To ensure successful prioritized business initiatives across the SuccessFactors, you will work closely with IT peers to define and test solutions.
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management would be a Bonus.

Qualifications:

- Ideally, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- You must have a minimum of 2/3+ years of hands‑on experience with Employee Central
- You should possess a working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and customer service skills are a must.
- Ideally, Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Experienced in HRIS Data Migrations
- You must be able to explain complex concepts effectively to the business, while also being technical enough to review designs and approaches with technical resources in detail.
- Proficiency in the English language is required and the right to work in Spain.

This position is paying up to 60,000+ EURO.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding Consultant to lead and support global HR digital transformation initiatives for 6 months contract remote.

Employee Central & Onboarding Configuration:

- End‑to‑end implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0
- Configuration of Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and country‑specific data models
- Setup of Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, and Position Management

Integration & Technical Collaboration:

- Work with integration teams on EC to SAP HCM / S/4HANA integrations
- Integration Center configuration and support
- Troubleshooting replication and interface issues

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience focused on EC and Onboarding.
- Expertise in MDF, RBP, Business Rules, Workflows, and Integration Center
- Experience with global rollouts and multi‑country implementations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification – Mandatory
