Responsibilities
1. Responsible for all Growatt product technical support in Spain.
2. Provide remote technical support for product issues via telephone, email, and social communication software or apps.
3. Perform field services including onsite inspection and repair, inverter swapping and fitting, inverter maintenance, and customer visits.
4. Collect product failure data, report major quality issues, and coordinate with headquarters staff to improve product quality.
5. Prepare work reports, troubleshooting documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
1. Major in power electronics preferred, preferably with experience in the photovoltaic industry.
2. Ability to quickly learn multiple product series.
3. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.
4. Willingness to travel frequently, hardworking, able to work under high pressure, and committed to contributing to the company.
5. Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multimeters and 485 tools.
6. Proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and strong goal implementation ability.
