About the role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to own the retention and growth of our German‑speaking customer base. You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, see value from the product, and renew long‑term.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals.
- Identify risks early and build engagement plans with customers.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines.
- Use product usage and feedback to manage account health.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
About you
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- 2–5 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive and ownership‑driven mindset.
- Comfortable using CRM and customer‑success tools.
