MISSION
Drive the Human Resources strategy at the regional level, acting as a strategic business partner. This role specifically supports HR store functions for Andaluca and Canarias. Ensure effective talent management, foster a positive organizational culture, and ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations, thereby contributing to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct organizational diagnosis to assess and improve regional performance.
* Implement and manage HR processes from start to finish.
* Provide ongoing guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
* Promote initiatives in organizational culture, talent management, workforce planning, role modeling, and competency development.
* Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels.
* Ensure adherence to local policies and labor laws.
* Monitor KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and policy compliance.
* Oversee HR activities specifically in Andaluca and Canarias regions.
Requirements:
* University degree.
* Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role or as a Zone Coordinator.
