Position title: SAP iXP Intern – Sales Development Executive with Arabic or English
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Expected duration: min. 6 months with possibilty of extension up to 1 year (student status needed)
In this role, you’ll:
As a Sales Development Executive for Customer Experience, you will work and develop in a rich, stimulating environment where you have daily access to technical experts, subject-matter experts, and business professionals. You will find the learning environment highly stimulating, where employees acquire knowledge and skills through instructor-led classes, e-learning courses and work shadowing with the sales team with the view of progressing into an Account Executive role.
1. Learn how to execute Targeted Outbound Campaigns via phone, chat and email
2. Learn how to generate incremental opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
3. Manage opportunities to ensure a good transition to implementation and account development
4. Support handover of qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience
5. Provide relationship management support and activity management via telephone, email and web to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement
6. Qualify leads received from marketing or other organizations and nurture opportunities
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
7. You are currently pursuing your university degree, either Bachelor’s or Master’s
8. Language skills: excellent in Arabic or English, Spanish is a plus
9. Experience with high volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
10. Proven ability of working to targets in a sales environment
11. Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
12. Strong sales hunting skills
