We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can deep dive into our promo tools, extract the signal from the noise, and guide our product teams with clarity and conviction.
What You’ll Actually Do
* Dissect our promo portfolio — from jackpots and missions to retention mechanics.
* Spot patterns :
where players engage, where they churn, where the value drops off.
* Work side-by-side with product owners, not behind them. You’ll advise, challenge, and co-decide.
* Own dashboards people actually open. Power BI, Tableau or Redash is fine. What matters is impact.
What You Bring
* 4+ years in product / data. You’ve worked with huge data volumes, fast-moving teams, and own your backlog in B2B iGaming or B2C slots.
* SQL on a senior level. ClickHouse is king, Snowflake is fine.
* Power BI / Tableau / Redash — doesn’t matter. You tell stories, not just charts.
* Comfort with ambiguity. No spec? No problem.
* Player-centric thinking. We don’t care just about GGR — we care about the why.
* Clear communicator. You translate data to English, not just dashboards.
* Product mindset. You don’t wait for a Jira ticket to tell you what to do.
* Speed >
perfection. Iterate, test, ship.
* Impact >
output. One smart metric is better than five reports.
* Behavior >
