As a Product Designer in GMV’s ITS team, you shape the end-to-end experience from concept to implementation. You work closely with product, development and business teams to define design that delivers real value to operators and passengers. You’ll lead user research in transport environments, translate requirements into usable solutions, and maintain design systems to ensure consistency. This role combines strategy, UX/UI excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to drive meaningful impact.

Responsabilidades
• At least 3 years of experience in software product design
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design methodologies (Design Thinking)
• Experience designing B2B solutions with complex workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Ability to work with developers in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) xpzdshu
• Knowledge of usability in digital environments
• Familiarity with frontend design and development frameworks (HTML, CSS, Javascript, REACT) and accessibility considerations are a plus
