Our client is a fast-scaling, AI-powered technology platform operating internationally, currently at 300+ employees and entering their next growth phase.

Their product sits at the intersection of AI, data intelligence, and enterprise platforms, serving complex B2B ecosystems globally. They are building category-defining infrastructure and are now looking for a senior marketing leader to architect their next stage of revenue growth.

This is a builder role.

We need a person with Silicon Valley mindset.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Hands-on AI Chief Marketing Officer to lead global go-to-market execution and revenue marketing.

You will design and operate the full marketing engine: demand generation, performance channels, positioning, ecosystem partnerships, and pipeline contribution - working directly with Sales and executive leadership.

This role requires someone who has already lived through scale: joining early, building from zero, implementing systems end-to-end, and driving measurable ARR impact.

You will be accountable for growth, not just visibility.

What You Will Own:

Go-To-Market & Revenue Growth

* Architect and execute global GTM strategies across multiple markets and customer segments
* Build repeatable demand engines supporting enterprise and mid-market sales
* Partner closely with Sales leadership on pipeline creation, attribution, and conversion
* Drive channel strategy and strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration

Demand Generation & Performance Marketing

* Lead multi-channel acquisition across paid, organic, content, SEO, and outbound support
* Own performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, intent platforms, review platforms)
* Build scalable inbound and outbound funnels
* Implement and operate HubSpot end-to-end (automation, lifecycle stages, CRM alignment, reporting)

Marketing Operations & Analytics

* Build dashboards and attribution models
* Define KPIs across acquisition, activation, pipeline, and revenue
* Continuously optimise CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel velocity

Brand, PR & Market Authority

* Develop strong positioning in competitive AI-driven markets
* Lead media strategy, PR initiatives, and strategic event presence
* Establish thought leadership and credibility across enterprise ecosystems

Community & Ecosystem

* Build partner ecosystems and industry communities
* Create co-marketing initiatives with strategic technology and channel partners
* Strengthen long-term market influence through collaboration

Leadership

* Build and manage a high-performance marketing organisation
* Balance internal teams with agencies and freelancers
* Lead a team 15 marketing members globally

What We're Looking For

You likely come from:

* B2B SaaS
* AI platforms
* Fintech
* Marketplaces or product-led platforms
* Many others

(We are not targeting service businesses.)

Experience:

* 10+ years in senior marketing leadership roles (Handson Work)
* 3+ Years in startup environment
* Joined companies between 20–150 employees and scaled them to 300–500+
* Proven ownership of GTM and demand generation in growth-stage environments
* Direct responsibility for the revenue pipeline, not only the brand

Required Capabilities:

* Hands-on HubSpot implementation (not inherited systems)
* Deep experience with performance marketing and organic growth
* Strong understanding of sales funnels and revenue attribution
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
* Experience leading international teams and distributed organisations
* Strong analytical mindset with executive communication skills
