Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage vehicle fleet availability, coordinate rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules.
* Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve issues, manage complaints, and train staff to deliver excellent service.
* Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, evaluate station staff, schedule shifts, and manage workloads.
* Sales and Financial Management: Monitor sales targets, upsell services, manage budget, control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
* Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are maintained, clean, and ready for rental;
collaborate with maintenance teams;
optimize fleet utilization.
* Compliance and Safety: Comply with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements;
maintain a safe environment;
keep proper documentation.
