WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
4–7 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence consulting with enterprise clients
Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling)
Advanced SQL skills with deep experience in MySQL and Azure data platforms
Legacy system integration expertise, including PowerBuilder environments
Proven ability to design data pipelines (ETL/ELT), ensure data consistency, and implement security governance
Fluency in Spanish and good level of English (written and spoken) for global stakeholder collaboration
Certification PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (highly valued)
Agile methodology experience and strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable BI solutions
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and advanced visualizations for strategic decision-making
Build robust data models using DAX and implement complex calculations for business KPIs
Integrate diverse data sources (ERP/CRM systems, Excel, SQL databases) into unified reporting frameworks
Automate data workflows through ETL processes and ensure data consistency across enterprise systems
Implement granular security protocols (row-level security, access groups) for sensitive business data
Translate business needs into technical specifications for automated reporting solutions
Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
Document technical processes and train end-users on BI tool adoption
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data governance and compliance frameworks
