- Your Tasks
- Procurement of aircraft components and general consumables, investments and services (orders management, checking of procurement requisitions, missing materials management, etc.)
- Processing invoices in cooperation with the accounting department
- Processing and supporting the quality assurance process (Processing faulty deliveries with the quality team, processing and closing Q reports in a timely manner, etc.)
- Supplier management (Supplier evaluation, contract processing, preparation of reports, statistics and calculations, negotiating contracts)
- Processing supplier change requests (SCR) and problem reports (PR)
- With this you convince us
- Commercial or technical training or equivalent professional experience
- More than 5 years of professional experience in purchasing
- Further training in purchasing (e.g. purchasing specialist with federal FA)
- Written and spoken German (B2), English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
- Technical SAP knowledge in the MM module
- Social and leadership consulting skills
