What You'll Do:
* Onboard new clients and act as a trusted advisor
* Build and optimize PPC (Google Ads) campaigns
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
* Drive upselling and increase client investment
* Manage a high volume of outbound calls and client interactions
What We're Looking For:
* C2 German + strong English
* 2+ years in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing roles
* Strong communication & relationship-building skills
* Interest in digital marketing, PPC, and data-driven decisions
* Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
What We Offer:
* Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
* Hybrid role in Barcelona (39h/week)
