Overview We are an international technology services company founded in 1983 and currently have over 2,000 employees in 5 countries: France, Spain, Romania, Portugal, and Luxembourg. We are looking for a Functional Analyst, with experience in the insurance sector, to join a stable international project, based in Madrid. Responsibilities Participate in client meetings to clarify scope and the functional proposal and gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements with stakeholders. Generate Functional / Technical analyses from customers’ requirement definitions on User Stories in the Sprint Backlog. Model processes and workflows using UML and BPMN. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure functional specifications are translated into practical solutions. Support the development/testing team to implement and test the solution agreed with client. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate validation of implemented developments. Create detailed documentation and user manuals for the designed processes. Requirements Experience in the insurance sector Knowledge of modeling tools Knowledge of ticketing tools Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, Confluence, Octane) Process design and modelling using UML and BPMN Jira Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Database query language (SQL) English (high level written and oral) Optionally, French level B2 or higher Work Model Hybrid.
