A350 Quality Conformance (Temp Agency) (H/F) - AIRBUS OPERATIONS SL
Job Description: An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management role has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).
RESPONSIBILITIES: You will lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase:
* Operating process and product adherence to standards.
* Process improvement.
* Process repeatability, before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product (Industry Qualifications, Product and Process Profitability After Changes - PPV).
* Management and improvement of environmental conditions in the halls.
* Management and implementation of action plans linked to product and process deviations.
* Supplier quality management.
* Improvement of KPIs set up.
SKILLS:
* Engineering degree.
* Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Organized, proactive & structured.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish.
