As part of our growth, we are hiring an intern in the COO Office, that will actively contribute to the management and optimization of Nordex's projects while gaining hands-on experience in operations and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment in the Operations Strategy & Projects Team.
YOUR TASKS:
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value
- Identify opportunities for the projects to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation
- Control and reporting of the performance´s indicators defined by the COO Office
- Monitor and control budgets for operations, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Analyze cost structures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize project profitability
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key KPIs and risks
- Prepare operations performance reports
- Contribute to data cleansing and harmonization in Excel and PowerBI
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in Business Administration and Data Science
- Power BI and Excel Specialist
- High level of English (C1). German knowledge is a plus
- Proactive, reliable and high professional person
- Keen on learning
