Vehicle manufacturers trust our premium technology, and we also support the aftermarket with top brands like Exide and Tudor, along with digital tools and services. /ppbr/ppFor our growing Automotive division in Zaragoza (Spain), at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: bOrder Management Specialist /bto cover a temporary position (approx. 12 months). /ppbr/ppThis position is supporting bAutomotive Plants /bin Europe with the aim at managing the customer orders between sales and operations to ensure best service level and reliability to our customers and in addition seek to drive a high level of automation and digitalization. /ppbr/pulliTo manage the order management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance. /liliTo place the order and manage change requests in the ERP systems, including EDI orders. /liliTo drive automation of the order management processes using OCR technology. /liliTo receive, track and validate the orders. /liliTo take actions where appropriate to resolve any queries in a timely manner. /liliTo liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries or incomplete status's. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we ask for: /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management. /liliAdvanced excel functionality. /liliStrongly required Advanced English. /liliAvailability for a temporary project initially lasting two years. /li /ul
