**We are searching for the best talent for a Sales Representative, Trauma and Power Tools, dedicated to Eastern Andalusia Territory.**
Are you passionate about surgical innovation and medical device sales?
At Johnson & Johnson MedTech, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Orthopaedics - Trauma division, covering Eastern Andalusia (Granada).
Your mission will be to drive growth and adoption of our advanced surgical solutions, working closely with surgeons, nursing teams, and hospital stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Manage and develop key accounts across your territory.
- Promote the adoption of cutting-edge trauma technologies (implants, nails, sterile systems, etc.).
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital teams.
- Coordinate clinical trainings and educational programs.
- Achieve sales targets and strengthen strategic partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in medical device or hospital sales (preferably surgical).
- University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.
- High motivation, strong commercial mindset, and results orientation.
- Based in Eastern Andalusia with availability to travel. The profile is preferably based in Granada.
- Intermediate to advanced level of English.
