Search for Quality Assurance Manager Position
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our quality assurance team in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quality management and be able to implement process improvements.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of quality, including the development and implementation of quality systems, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing data and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by encouraging employees to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of SGC procedures, internal audits, training programs, nonconformities (8D), customers complaints or claims received during their lifetime with clear justifications on outcomes.

The chosen applicant must possess excellent leadership skills,
have at least five years’ experience working as Senior Quality Technician or higher position directly involved with IATF 16949 standard.
